EnableElite CIC was founded by Saira Kauser, a disabled entrepreneur who grew up navigating a world that often overlooked her potential. Living with a visual impairment, Saira encountered more barriers than opportunities, not just physical or educational, but emotional too. She noticed early on that there were very few spaces that genuinely empowered disabled individuals to lead, innovate, and thrive. Instead of focusing on strengths, society often focused on limitations.
At one point in her journey, Saira felt like she was invisible, that her disability defined her in the eyes of others. She questioned her worth, her abilities, and her place in the world. "There were times I felt like a nobody, like I was never going to be more than my disability. It was an incredibly painful place to be. But something inside me knew that this couldn’t be the end of my story."
Instead of staying silent, she decided to turn her lived experience into fuel for change.
EnableElite CIC was born out of a simple but powerful belief: disabled people deserve to be seen for their strengths, not their struggles. Saira created EnableElite to challenge the narrative. To build a platform that uplifts disabled young people and gives them the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to excel.
Whether through leadership events, skills workshops, or mentoring, EnableElite exists to help individuals discover their potential and step into their power.
